New ‘All Welcome’ Virtual/Home-based PILATES class.

Details

All you need for this session is an exercise mat and…your commitment. Together, we will focus on joint stability & mobility, flexibility, and of course our core strength. Every session will look into spinal elongation, and neck mobility, all done by following user-friendly movements based on Pilates principles, and the original repertoire of Matwork Pilates. The meditation aspect of the class will help us to reduce ‘head’ noise, re-align our mind, and re-connect with our bodies.

  • Be ready to start on time
  • Equipment required: an exercise mat/ towel/ cushion
  • Cameras turned ON (no exceptions)
  • Class length 45 mins only
  • Age: 16 +
